Communication Strategist
Hi, I’m Srdjan. I live in Italy, but I was born in Sarajevo, a city that has given birth to many directors and artists. I am the founder of the communication agency Gruppo Pragma, to which also the project NAVA belongs. I deal with communication strategies and marketing analysis and I know that video today is the main communication tool for companies. But above all, I know that in the future it will be of even greater importance. The approach how I deal with videos, both for retail and business clients, is based on pragmatism and in the search for unique details. I alone however would not be much worth without the qualified team of professionals who accompany me in my projects. With pride, I present them to you.

Amra Hadžihafizbegović Deović
Supervisor
When I have an idea, the first person I call is Amra. She is much more than a collaborator: I call her sister. She is simply extraordinary and a glance is enough to see that. Graduated from the Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo, she has the mentality of a true Bosnian fighter: very fast, direct, prepared. She has the determination of an army corps general and continues to amaze me every day with her ability to coordinate sets and teams of up to 50 people without ever missing a detail.

Danijel Pek
Producer
Danijel is the man that solves all the problems. I am always amazed when I see all his production service equipment: six Arri cameras, several different Red cameras, numerous sets of Zeiss lenses and many more. However, what amazes me even more is his ability to coordinate sets and teams that sometimes consist of 70 or more people without ever missing a detail. His production company has been chosen for films such as “Tutto il mio folle Amore,”, “Sembra mio figlio”, “Goran” and he manages to treat small industrial videos with the same enthusiasm and attention as he does towards big international films.

Mladen Dizdar
Director
The first time I met Mladen, he talked to me for hours but not about cinema, but about physics, refraction of light and mathematical formulas. His attention is precisely detailed: he is an academic director, with a degree in film directing and with twenty years of experience. He has a huge culture knowledge and there is never a single detail that escapes him: whether it is scenography, the costumes, or the lights. He has undersigned dozens of TV series and 150 TV commercials. Besides, he is a magician in working with children. And those who know the cinematography know that only the greatest directors are capable of that.

Mario Delić
Director of photography
I would like to show you how Mario plays with his camera: I assure you that you would be amazed. It is fascinating to see him move within the set: this is what led him to work as director of photography and cameraman on multinational sets, from “Spiderman 4” and “Hit man 2” , to many TV series and in about 200 spots, from Heineken Champion to Rolls Royce. He has a touching spirituality and humanity, an extraordinary focus on the world energies and a cosmic respect for everything around him. For me, truly extraordinary.

Tomislav Josipović
Post-Producer
Tomica deals with post-production and is the king of synthesis. It is no coincidence that he has signed the editing of videos for musicians such as 2Cellos, Laibach, Gibonni, as well as many documentaries and promotional videos. It is fascinating to watch his hands juggling the keyboard, quickly and skill full, mastering the most advanced video editing programs. His biggest value is the ability to see a global vision of the video project, which upgrades the work of us all.

Toni Lović
Sound Designer
To know Toni, first you must hear when he lets himself go into his virtuosity as the lead guitar of the famous Sarajevo band Zabranjeno Pušenje. Only then will you understand that you are facing his double personality. One that goes on stage and enchants the fans, the other is that of a rigorous sound designer and a professional who knows how to interpret the best-known international companies such as L’Oréal, Opel, Nestlè, Maybelline, Volkswagen, Peugeot… He taught me that making a dedicated music has zero cost compared to the emotion that it can project.
